MOBILE WORLD CONGRESS 2023’S ‘MOBILE CARNIVAL’ EXTRAVAGANZA

The Mobile World Congress Carnival Party at Club Sutton on 27th February 2023 was an unforgettable night of celebration, networking, and entertainment.

As one of the most anticipated events during the Mobile World Congress calendar, it brought together industry professionals from around the globe. CUBICK planned and organised this event for Appsflyer, in partnership with Moloco, data.ai.

We have been throwing the biggest and most fun party of the MWC for Appsflyer since 2016!

Club Sutton Barcelona, known for its vibrant atmosphere and cutting-edge music scene, was transformed into a carnival paradise for the occasion. The venue was adorned with colourful decorations, lively performers and interactive installations – creating an immersive experience that captured the essence of a Rio carnival.

The party kicked off as the doors opened at 21:00, with guests stepping into a world of excitement and celebration. The beats of the hottest DJ in town filled the air as DJ Carlos mixed the latest dance music with blended moments of Carnival vibes, setting the stage for an incredible night of dancing and revelry. The club’s state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems elevated the party atmosphere, creating an electrifying ambience that kept the crowd energised throughout the evening.

Carnival fashions and UV make-up were the order of the night, and attendees got their face and body art applied at the make-up corner, with UV accessories, colours, and glitter, adding to the overall festive vibe.

At every corner of Club Sutton there were surprises and delights awaiting the guests. Stilt walkers and Carnival dancers dressed in various carnival-themed costumes dazzled the crowd with their captivating performances. Carnival-themed photo opportunities were available for everyone to enjoy, providing moments of laughter and fun.

The event also served as an exceptional networking opportunity for professionals attending the Mobile World Congress. It allowed industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators to connect in a more relaxed and informal setting. Conversations sparked throughout the rest of the week at the Mobile World Congress as everyone we met at MWC shared their experiences of the party everyone enjoyed and the newly-forged new partnerships amidst the pulsating energy of the carnival party.

As the clock struck midnight the carnival party reached its peak, with a grand spectacle featuring a breathtaking dance display. The sky lit up with a cascade of coloured confetti reflecting the euphoria and excitement of the moment. It marked the climax of an extraordinary night, leaving an indelible memory in the hearts of all those in attendance as the event closed at 1:00am.
